Easy to install and configure, does the job perfectly. It meets all my needs so far. The support team is very helpful and responds quickly.

I need something which I can manually include (or exclude) on a per post basis. This plugin as far as I could understand doesn't allow this, so for me it's pretty much useless.
Additionally, as far as I could see, it's not possible to chose fonts in the chat system.
