Install as regular WordPress plugin. 2. Go your Pluings setting via WordPress Dashboard and activate it. 3. After activating the plugin you will see the “Skill bars” menu below the comment’s menu on the left side of the WordPress dashboard and find “Add New Skill”. **Using FTP** 1. Extract skillbars.zip to your computer. 2. Upload the skillbars directory to your wp-content/plugins directory. 3.
