Upload the world-of-warcraft-recruitment-widget directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Setup the widget in the widgets settings site in your WordPress admin area

Works great, unfortunately my theme kinda messes up the alignment but so be it. One note: Monks do not have Battledancer as spec. That would have to be Windwalker. Hovering over Windwalker it says Battledancer though and I cannot change that in the Alt title of the image as I have no access to that (true coding wiz here…not)
