Description

This WP plugin hides price and add to cart button for WooCommerce products under a specific category (or specific categories ) which you can choose.

When you add a WC product category, you’ll have an NEW option to hide the prices and add to cart buttons for all products under that category. This happens on single product pages and on archives and shop pages.

To have a clear situation about the product categories which have this option enabled, there is a new column added in categories table.

This plugin works with WooCommerce 3.6.0 or higher. It works with WooCommerce 8.5.1.

Screenshots

  • This is the new checkbox “Hide Price and Add to Cart button for this category” which it is added under each WC product category. When it is checked, it hides the price and add to cart button for ALL products under that category.
  • This is the new column added to WooCommerce product categories listing. It helps you to easily see for which categories you have enabled the plugin option.
  • This is an example of the product page when “Hide Price and Add to Cart button for this category” is unchecked for the category under which the product is.
  • This is the product page after “Hide Price and Add to Cart button for this category” option is checked for the category under which the product is.

Installation

  1. Upload zi-hide-price-and-add-to-cart-for-woocommerce.1.5.0.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. Go to a WooCommerce product category and you will notice the new option: “Hide Price and Add to Cart button for this category”.

Yes. This plugin works with WordPress 6.4.2.

Yes. This plugin works with WooCommerce 8.5.1.

Why would I need to hide price and Add to cart button on a WooCommerce product page?

Probably because the product is not available yet or maybe you want users to email to you and ask about the price.

Works just as advertised

The plug in works exactly like advertised on the plug in info site. The only issue i have is that it doesn’t remove the price from the product preview (the cardview which previews the product in a catalouge for example). However, the plug in does not say that it solves this issue so its not something i could expect either. Thank you for making a free plug-in that does exactly like you said it would without issues. 🙂

It’s free ,open source and doesn’t promise more than what it is stated in the description. it would be a Five stars plugin if it adds a button inviting to login in order to see the prices thank you
