Octabiz Connect links your WordPress and WooCommerce store to Octabiz, an all-in-one business platform (CRM, invoicing, inventory, accounting, and more).
When a WooCommerce order is placed, the plugin creates the customer and an invoice in your Octabiz account, so your sales flow into one place without manual re-entry.
- Enter your Octabiz API key and test the connection.
- Turn WooCommerce order sync on or off.
- Each order is synced once and linked to its Octabiz invoice.
External service
This plugin is an interface to Octabiz, a paid third-party software-as-a-service product. It is not usable without an Octabiz account.
When order sync is enabled, the plugin sends order and customer data (name, email, phone, company, and order line items) to the Octabiz API at https://api.octabiz.ai. Data is sent only for stores that have entered a valid Octabiz API key, and only for the events you enable.

- Install and activate the plugin.
- Go to Settings > Octabiz Connect.
- In Octabiz, open Settings > API keys, create a key (it starts with
oc_live_), and paste it in. - Click Test connection.
- If you use WooCommerce, turn on Sync WooCommerce orders.

Do I need an Octabiz account?

Yes. Octabiz Connect sends data to your Octabiz account and does nothing without a valid API key.

At least the ability to create customers and invoices. You choose a key’s permissions when you create it in Octabiz.

No. Data goes only to the Octabiz API using your key, and only when you enable order sync.
